"Bösendorfer" pianos and grand pianos from Vienna are a musical legend of a special kind. For 190 years, the Austrian tradition has been building pianos and grand pianos of the highest quality and precision. Thanks to the high production quality and the long experience in piano making, Bösendorfer is next to Steinway & Sohns the name in classical piano and grand piano construction. Bösendorfer grand pianos are located in the largest concert halls in the world and are used by well-known musical greats. The special sound of these instruments was the incentive for us to record one of the legendary grand pianos in the utmost precision and with great attention to detail. For this project, we selected an original Bösendorfer Imperial for the recordings and recorded it in a regional studio with selected surround sound. The eightfold, dynamic sound has been recorded Full-Chromatic (each sound) in maximal length and edited. This special sound complements the sample library of the great Yamaha "YEM-Keyboards" to a unique sound from the world of the world-class concert grand piano.
